Kamala Harris’ 2019 ACLU candidate pledge exposes her position on issues

Five years ago Kamala Harris filled out a pledge (explained in her own words) for the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) stating she committed to:

  • A pathway to citizenship for all (now 21 million) illegal aliens entering the U.S. during the Biden-Harris administration
  • Taxpayer funding of gender reassignment surgeries and treatments for illegal aliens
  • Decriminalization of all illegal drugs, including cocaine, heroin and fentanyl for “personal use”
  • End the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) “detainers”, effectively banning its use of deportation
  • Federalizing abortion on demand, funded by tax-payer dollars (removal of Hyde amendment)
  • District of Columbia (Washington D.C.) statehood
