Nathan J. Milliron – Candidate for Civil District Judge of the 215th District Court

Nathan J. Milliron has committed himself to providing the highest caliber of legal services to his clients and will bring that same dedication to the litigants and counsel that appear before the 215th Civil District Court in Harris County, Texas.

Nathan will uphold the rule of law. He will treat each litigant and each dispute, along with counsel, fairly and with respect.

The wheels of justice must always move forward. Nathan believes that all parties are entitled to a timely “day in court” and speedy rulings on pending pre-trial and post-trial motions. Nathan will work tirelessly to prepare for hearings and trials and will rule on pending matters quickly so that all disputes can be resolved within an appropriate and reasonable period of time so that those before the 215th Civil District Court are not wasting valuable time, incurring unnecessary legal fees, and costs awaiting slow moving dockets and rulings. Justice delayed is justice denied.

Nathan graduated from the University of Houston Law Center and was licensed to practice law in the State of Texas in May 2004. Nathan has been practicing in Houston and Harris County, Texas, as well as in various courts throughout the State, since that time. He has garnered extensive litigation experience, in a host of civil matters, including breach of contract actions, banking and finance, collections and creditors’ rights (including post-judgment enforcement), corporate and business law, personal injury, and real estate.

Nathan is licensed to practice in the courts of the State of Texas, the Eastern District of Texas, the Northern District of Texas, the Southern District of Texas, the Western District of Texas, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
